HomeBaseTV grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple TV devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

HomeBaseTV aggregates publicly available third-party content including news headlines, weather data, market quotes, and sports scores. We do not own, produce, or guarantee the accuracy of this content. Content is provided for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon for financial, medical, legal, or safety decisions.
Stream availability
Live stream availability is determined by third-party providers and may change without notice. HomeBaseTV is not responsible for stream outages, content changes, or regional restrictions imposed by those providers.
Prohibited use
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app
- Using the app for commercial purposes without written permission
- Extracting or republishing aggregated content at scale
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
